Today is a relatively quiet day. Probally my first one, since I started my blog. I only had one short meeting today and that was mainly to discuss my DSA application. However I did discuss with the Disability Advice and Support team about promoting their new study and life skill workshops that they will be running throughout the year. So if you do indentify as disabled, then keep an eye out for these next year.
There is also a sense of panic amongst many students in my year. Why? Because tommorow is results day. The day where we find out if everything we have done, is worth it. Needless to say, I've been working out 50 formulas and yet because I'm so close to grade boundaries, I honestly don't know what's going to happen. So if you see me around campus in a gutter with a large bottle of white wine, come and give me a hug because I'm probally disapointed. Hopefully I should know by about 10 o'clock tommorow morning so wish me luck.
Tommorow, when I'm not cheering/crying, I will be meeting with Jake Betts from DMU Sport to discuss DMU Active so hopefully I'll be able to give you guys some hints of what's planned.
Wish me luck for tommorow,
toodle pips,
Kelly Davies
